We help create a level playing field for candidates looking for their dream roles by allowing firms to assess them on their skills, not just their CVs.

Our mission

We believe hiring new talent into a team is one of the most important aspects of running a successful business.

Traditional hiring practices have been heavily focused on schools, universities, cover letters and CVs, none of which have been proven reliable indicators for the success and retention of a new team member.

We exist to help companies make data-led hiring decisions using industry specific skills-based tests, removing bias in the recruitment process, improving successful outcomes and reducing the time it takes to identify new hires.

Our story

The team behind Dexta have spent their entire careers working in Banking and Private Equity for both large and small organisations.

We have worked globally with hundreds of colleagues in a whole variety of different teams. 

Having built Dexta from the ground up, we are proud to be its first customers, immediately deploying the industry specific skills-based tests into our hiring processes and seeing amazing results. 

We’ve built the product that we’ve always wanted to have at our fingertips - a data-led hiring platform enabling faster and more cost effective decision-making and recruiting incredible talent into our teams.
