Our Behavioural Insight Assessment is a scenario-based assessment designed specifically for roles within complex, high-pressure environments.
The assessment goes beyond traditional interviews and CV screening by evaluating how individuals behave when operating under pressure, ambiguity, stakeholder challenge, and real organisational consequence. Built around realistic transformation scenarios, the assessment measures five core dimensions:
- Ownership & Accountability – willingness to take responsibility for outcomes, decisions, and consequences
- Courage to Challenge – ability to challenge constructively, even in senior or politically sensitive environments
- Comfort with Ambiguity – confidence in making decisions without perfect information
- Systems Thinking – consideration of enterprise-wide impacts, dependencies, and downstream risks
- Learning Agility & Self-Awareness – openness to feedback, adaptability, and reflection under pressure
Each scenario presents multiple plausible responses, designed to assess judgement, decision-making, behavioural tendencies, and leadership instincts in realistic transformation contexts. The assessment is particularly valuable for organisations looking to strengthen transformation and change teams, operational excellence functions, culture and behavioural alignment within high-performing teams. Rather than focusing solely on what individuals know, the assessment is designed to understand how they think, how they respond under pressure, and how they contribute to building resilient, long-lasting teams.

However, it introduces additional hand-offs, manual work, or reconciliation effort for another part of the bank. The impacted area is not represented in your programme governance and is unlikely to welcome the change. How do you proceed?
