Tendering Management

This Intermediate Level Test on tendering management consists of 50 questions covering a wide range of topics within the field. They will also be tested on their knowledge of contract types, including fixed-price contracts, cost-reimbursable contracts, and time and materials contracts.

The test will cover topics like risk assessment, site visits, and due diligence, as well as concepts like value for money, ethical procurement, and sustainability. Participants will also be tested on their proficiency in contract negotiation, administration, and performance evaluation.
